Teenage pop star Miley Cyrus has announced dates for her first ever UK tour, which will start in December.
Teenage Disney Channel pop sensation Miley Cyrus has announced dates for her first tour of the U.K., which will begin with a two night stand at London's O2 Arena in December.
After performing in London, Cyrus, the star of the Disney Channel's Hannah Montana series, will play six more dates in Manchester, Birmingham and Dublin.
Best known for starring in the US show Hannah Montana, Cyrus will be supported by older brother's band Metro Station.
Tickets for the tour, which is sure to include songs off her recently released album Breakout, go on sale on Friday.
Cyrus has become a worldwide superstar since appearing with her father, country musician Billy Ray Cyrus, on Hannah Montana in 2006. On the show, Cyrus plays a high-schooler attempting to hide her identity as a famous pop singer. Cyrus has recorded several soundtrack albums for the show and released her most recent album, Breakout, last July.
Hannah Montana: The Movie was released in May and earlier this month Cyrus confirmed she has signed for a fourth series of the show.
The actress and singer has also just launched her own clothing line which will be sold in the US store Walmart.
