The Nashville police said Wednesday that Steve McNair was murdered by his girlfriend, Sahel Kazemi, who used the same gun to kill herself. Sahel Kazemi shot McNair, 36, in the head while he dozed on the couch of his condominium in the early hours of Saturday, then pumped three more bullets into his head and body, police said.
