Trump Rules: Miss California Carrie Prejean to Keep Her Crown Miss California Carrie Prejean will keep her crown, Miss USA pageant owner Donald Trump announced at a press conference Tuesday at Trump Tower in New York City. Miss California Carrie Prejean, who may lose her crown because of anti-gay-marriage lobbying and racy pictures, Prejean was being interviewed by evangelical Christian James Dobson, one of the leading opponents to gay marriage, on his syndicated radio show, "Focus on the Family." He asked her about gay marriage question posed by judge Perez Hilton during the question-and-answer portion of the Miss USA pageant last month. "I felt as though Satan was trying to tempt me in asking me this question," Prejean says. The topless photos of Prejean released by TMZ Tuesday morning may be the materials in question. Michael Jackson concerts may face legal challenge A New Jersey-based concert promoter is threatening to sue Michael Jackson to prevent 50 planned performances in London starting on this July. AllGood Entertainment contends it holds exclusive rights to the next Jackson concert, which it plans to mount on July 3, 2010, along with Janet Jackson and the rest of the Jackson Five. AllGood's managing partner, Patrick Allocco, says Jackson and his manager have ignored a cease and desist letter concerning Jackson's well-publicized London concerts this July, which Allocco says he aims to halt in a court filing by the end of the week.
