A SECOND man has died after the collapse of a stage being set up for a Madonna concert in Marseille France. The victim is thought to be a British man, 32, who had been in intensive care in a neurosurgery ward since the accident yesterday. A Frenchman, 53, was killed on the spot when the giant structure collapsed during the set-up for the concert, which was later cancelled. Eight other people were seriously hurt, including an American who was in a life-threatening condition. About 36 people had minor injuries.
