She was crowned Miss Malibu and came in runner-up in the Miss California Pageant, but now Tami Farrell has been named the new Miss California following the firing of Carrie Prejean. Tami Farrell has taken over Carrie Prejean's responsibilities as Miss California. The former first runner up was pressed into service after Prejean was fired by Donald Trump and pageant officials on Wednesday. Carrie Prejean is out as Miss California USA and Miss Malibu Tami Farrell is in and says she is a lover, not a fighter and will be a uniter. The one time Miss California and runner-up for the Miss USA pageant has lost her crown and it has been passed off to the next one a blonde named Tami Farrell and she will now be listed as Miss California USA.
